My journey of transformation

Before sitting down to write this, I played it over in my mind multiple times, trying to find the right balance between professional and personal. Too formal, and it might read like a CV cover letter. Too personal, and it might sound like a dating profile. Neither feels quite right. Neither is my intention.

But as with all journeys, the only way forward is to begin - so here we go.

I’m Juliana, Brazilian-British, a nomad at heart, and a dedicated therapist.
I am also a daughter, a sister, a friend, a colleague, a citizen of the world, a dog mum, and a woman - navigating the complexities of life, just like you.
A bookworm, a cinema lover, a meditation practitioner. Someone who finds comfort in coffee shops, inspiration in nature, and clarity on long walks. An explorer, not just of places, but of the mind.
Calm. Grounded. Curious.
(Among many other things.)

And through all of this, I bring not only professional expertise but also a deep understanding of what it means to seek change, to grow, and to heal. If you’re here, perhaps you’re looking for that too.

Let’s begin.

The turning point:
Stop being insane

About seven years ago, I found myself sitting in the garden, reflecting on my life. It wasn’t a bad life at all - it just wasn’t progressing as I had hoped. Then, suddenly, a thought came into my mind: “Stop being insane.”

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again while expecting different results. That realisation hit as a catalyst - something had to change. And so, my inner journey began.
I dove headfirst into any material I could find about mindset and transformation. That’s when I first came across EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). Curious, I explored it further. I read books, watched videos, and integrated it into my daily meditation routine. At the time, I had no idea how much it would impact me.

As I continued practicing, I became more and more convinced of EFT’s transformative power. Slowly, I dedicated more time and attention to it. I attended workshops, joined group sessions, started 1-to-1 therapy, and eventually, took a formal training course - not with the intention of becoming a therapist (too honest?), but simply out of pure love for this process.

But then something shifted. While sitting in the therapist’s chair, guiding others through their emotional breakthroughs, I felt something I hadn’t expected - deep fulfillment.

A new path

As powerful as self-work is, working with a therapist can unlock entirely new levels of growth and healing. So, besides spreading awareness of EFT,

I want to actively help people find clarity, freedom and lightness in their lives.

I then chose to deepen my knowledge to better support others on their healing journey. I enrolled in an advanced course that integrates NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) with the transformative power of EFT - a dynamic combination for uncovering limiting paradigms, disrupting unhelpful patterns, and reprogramming perspectives.

And now… Here we are.

Your journey of transformation

Your turn. If you’re seeking inner growth and healing, whether or not you are familiar with EFT, I’d love to join you in your journey.

Together, we can work on overcoming emotional fears, empowering you to embrace change and face challenges, and fully enjoy this adventure we call life.
