It quietly reshapes how you see yourself, your future, and your sense of belonging.


I’m an EFT therapist supporting adults who live a location-fluid life to feel grounded, safe in themselves, and clear about who they are - wherever they are.


More than professional training alone, I live a globally mobile life myself. My work is deeply shaped by my own lived experience of changing countries, cultures and identities.


A little more about me

Olá, I’m Juliana

Brazilian–British, a nomad at heart, and an EFT therapist.

I’m also a daughter, a sister, a friend, a colleague, a citizen of the world, a dog mum, an ex-wife, and a woman - navigating the complexities of life, just like you.


I’m a bookworm, a cinema lover and a meditation practitioner.

Someone who finds comfort in coffee shops, inspiration in nature, and clarity on long walks.

An explorer - not only of places, but of the mind.

Calm. Grounded. Curious. (Among many other things.)


This way of introducing myself is intentional.

Because my work is rooted in the understanding that we are never just one identity, one role or one label - especially when our lives move across countries, cultures and chapters.


A life between places - and within myself

I live a globally mobile life myself. 


I was born in Brazil. 

After graduating from university, I moved to England. 

Around three years ago, I became a nomad. 


Moving between countries, cultures and ways of living over the years has shaped me deeply. Not only externally - but internally.


There have been many inner shifts along the way.


Learning how little you actually need.

Realising how much of 'home' is something you carry within you.

Understanding that mindset truly changes how you experience everything.

And slowly discovering that you are far more resourced, capable and self-sufficient than you might have believed.


One of the most meaningful changes for me has been a growing sense of inner grounding - even when life around me is fluid.


This is why my work today focuses on people whose lives are not tied to one place, one identity or one traditional path.


I use EFT tapping to support you through change, help you understand who you are becoming and feel more grounded while living a globally mobile life.

Because I know, from the inside, how powerful - and sometimes disorienting - this way of living can be.

How EFT became part of my life

My path to EFT didn’t start with a plan to become a therapist. It started with curiosity.

I first came across EFT while reading a book. Something immediately resonated, and I began to explore it more deeply - reading, watching videos and joining group tapping sessions, while gradually bringing it into my own daily life.

As I continued practising, I became more and more convinced of its impact.

It became a way to meet my emotions safely.
To give myself permission to say what I really feel.
And to trust that whatever shows up is part of a process - not something that needs to be fixed straight away.

Over time, it became a practical tool I could return to whenever there was emotional charge, uncertainty or inner tension.
Quite simply: it changed my life.

Out of passion, I decided to train more deeply.
Along the way, I discovered how much I love working with people in this way.
How meaningful it feels to walk alongside someone as they create real emotional shifts using a simple, gentle technique.

Today, I use EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) to support others through change, identity transitions and emotional stress in a gentle, practical and empowering way.

My approach

I work alongside people living a globally mobile life who want to feel more grounded in themselves and make sense of who they are becoming.

My work is not about fixing you - or changing your lifestyle. 


It is about creating space for what you are experiencing, gently processing emotional charge, and supporting the natural inner shifts that come with a life of change, movement and reinvention.


I use EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) as a practical and empowering tool you can also take with you into your own life - not only inside sessions.


Alongside EFT, I have also trained in other therapeutic approaches, including NLP and Time Line Therapy™, and continue to expand my professional training to support my clients in a thoughtful and well-rounded way.


What you can expect from working with me

My presence in sessions is calm, grounding and gentle.

I hold space with care and understanding, while also guiding you into deeper reflection and meaning - at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you.

Think of it as going on a journey accompanied by a friend - one who offers structure, emotional safety and perspective, while inviting you into a deeper inner process.

In sessions, we often explore experiences such as:

  • feeling that your life is moving faster than your inner world can catch up
  • missing a sense of home, even when you enjoy being somewhere new
  • struggling to explain who you are to people back home
  • feeling in-between roles, identities or versions of yourself
  • wondering where your life is really heading, without wanting to give up freedom
  • longing for deeper connection while living a mobile life
