How is the "If I just try harder, it will eventually fix itself" going for you?

You don't always need more effort. Sometimes you need less resistance.

And some support along the way.

I help you release the invisible handbrake that's making life feel harder than it needs to.

The invisible handbrake

You keep moving. You keep trying. You keep doing what needs to be done.
But things still feel hard. Or slow. Or somehow the same.
Maybe even tiring - like you're using far more energy than you need to.
It can feel as though something is creating resistance, holding you back as you try to move forward.

Is your handbrake on?

Do you sometimes think to yourself:

→ I work hard, but it feels like I always end up in the same situation.
Why did I just react like that - again?
I meet new people, but they somehow seem to be all the same.
→ Why do I keep making the same choices, even when I know I want something different?
→ I wanted to have ____ but instead I _____.

If some of these sound familiar, then yes - your handbrake is on, at least in those areas of your life.

It's about the automatic reactions. The default responses. The familiar repetitions. The hidden patterns. The things you do, feel or think almost before you've had a chance to question them.

What is it costing you?

These moments may seem small. You might even tell yourself they're “not that bad”. But when they keep happening, they add up.
They are silently running a big part of the show.

→ How much energy are you putting into managing the surface of situations that keep repeating?
How much time are you spending feeling bad about yourself every time it happens? (When, by the way, you don't have to.)
→ How many more opportunities will you talk yourself out of?
→ How many more relationships will follow the same script?
→ How many more years will you spend hoping next time will be different?

So, how do you release the handbrake?

The handbrake is based on internal instructions from a previous version of you. At the time, they served a purpose and helped you. But now, they keep taking over - and that's no longer helpful.

Trying to manage things at the surface level whenever situations pop up is a never-ending job.
Change happens when the handbrake isn't being applied in the first place.
For that, you need to update its instructions.
Not only on a cognitive level. On a deeper one.

You don't need to try harder.
You need a different approach.

I offer therapy sessions for those who are ready to create deeper, lasting change.

Spotting and truly understanding what's putting the handbrake on can be hard. And even when you're aware of it, knowing what's happening isn't always enough to change an automatic response.

That's why focusing on the accelerator isn't the solution - especially on your own.

Together, we look at the moments when the handbrake keeps showing up and work through what's happening underneath - updating the instructions so you can respond differently.

It's not about trying harder.

It's about transforming what's happening underneath the effort.

I am a certified EFT Tapping therapist

We all have automatic ways of thinking, feeling and responding that can keep us repeating the same things without even noticing.

I help you identify these moments, understand what's triggering them and uncover the instructions currently running the show. Then we work to release what no longer needs to be there and create more space to respond differently.

Primo Vascular System, the Meridian Lines & EFT

Modern research into the Primo Vascular System suggests that the Meridian Lines, the energetic pathways, may also have a physical structure.

What happens physiologically when you tap

Beyond offering psychological benefits, research shows that EFT tapping can also have real physiological effects. We explore them in this blog.

You don't have to force what can flow

You're putting in effort. You're moving. You're doing what needs to be done. But you're burning through more energy than necessary.

Because something automatic keeps pulling you back into the same response.
Let's explore what's happening in those moments and release what no longer needs to run the show.
