I invite you to join my mailing list - and on this page, I’ll tell you a little about why I created it. Then, the decision is yours.
Spreading ideas, sharing practical tools and creating a ripple effect - one email at a time
I know. Another email list.
Trust me, I’m the first to do all I can to protect my email address and my inbox. We all get enough emails from all sides, don’t we?
So let me assure you that I didn’t want to create one just for the sake of having a newsletter. I wanted it to have a purpose.
Why did I create this?
A few years ago, I deepened my own self-development journey and have since consumed a potentially unhealthy amount of information - reading books, watching videos, listening to podcasts and, most importantly, putting a lot of it into practice.
I’ve joined group sessions, had private therapy, explored different approaches and continue to learn.
So, alongside what I learned as a therapist, I’ve also gathered a lot of knowledge and experience that I’d genuinely love to pass on.
Things that helped me along the way.
Ideas that made me stop and think.
Tools that I found useful.
Things I wish I’d known sooner.
And I’d love to know that some of them might help someone else too.
I also genuinely believe in the ripple effect - how one small change in one person can have an impact beyond what we can see.
On top of that, as a private practitioner, I can only work directly with so many people. But the ideas I share can travel a little further.
One person reads something. It gives them a new perspective. Perhaps they try something differently. Maybe that affects how they feel, how they respond, or how they interact with someone else. And the ripple continues...
What will you find in your inbox?
I plan my emails to be short, relevant and useful. No scrolling forever to get to the good bit.
They’ll be regular, but not overpowering. Simple and quick to read, with ideas you can take away and think about - or perhaps even try.
Some of the ideas might seem simple at first. But one thing I’ve learned is to never underestimate the power of accumulated simplicity.
The emails are suggestions, not rules. There isn’t one right way to approach personal growth or change, and something that works for me may not be right for you.
My aim is simply to share what I find interesting, useful or worth thinking about.
So, what will I talk about?
As you can imagine, EFT Tapping will be a big part of it. But it won’t be the only thing.
I’ll also share therapy-related insights, practical ideas, reflections and personal stories - including some things I’ve learned through my own experiences.
Sometimes, you might learn something new.
Sometimes, you might get a practical idea to try.
And sometimes, you might simply read something and think: “Oh, I’m not the only one who does this.”
Why might it be worth joining?
Life can get busy. We get caught up in our routines, responsibilities and everything that needs our attention, and sometimes it’s easy to lose sight of what’s happening underneath all of that.
A short email can create a little pause.
A different perspective.
A new question.
An idea you hadn’t considered.
Something that makes you notice a pattern you hadn’t noticed before.
It may be a small thing. But small things can sometimes be the beginning of something much bigger (and unexpectedly beautiful).
And that’s really what I hope these emails can offer: little moments of insight that might, over time, contribute to meaningful change.
Want to join?
If that sounds like something you’d enjoy receiving, you’re very welcome to join my mailing list.
There’s no big commitment. Just useful ideas, practical insights and a little piece of my world landing in your inbox from time to time.
And if it’s not for you, that’s completely fine too. You can unsubscribe at any time.
